How long does an appointment take?

Most appointments take approximately 1-2.5 hours depending on breed, coat condition, size, and services requested.

Do you groom other types of animals?

Unfortunately, we only offer grooming services for dogs at this time.

Do you groom large dogs?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate dogs over 60lbs due to space limitations inside of the van.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4-8 weeks in order to maintain a healthy coat.

Do you groom aggressive dogs?

The safety and comfort of both your fur baby and our groomers if our priority. Therefore, we are unable to complete services for dogs displaying aggressive behavior.

Do I need to be home during the grooming appointment?

We ask that someone be present at the home during the duration of the first appointment to meet the pup and discuss any details with the groomer. After the first groom, arrangements can be made to allow the groomer to access the home to retrieve the pup for future appointments.
